Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect & humble submission I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my ATM card. My name is Narayan Tripathi and my account number is 0123466667838. I have been a loyal customer of your bank for 8 years, and I have always received excellent service from your bank.
I have recently experienced a problem with my ATM card. I think It was blocked while I was trying to withdraw some cash at the nearest ATM. I am not sure why this problem has happened, as I have not violated any of the bank’s policies. I believe that this may have been due to some technical issues or fault.
I kindly request that you please unblock my ATM card as soon as possible. I urgently need to access my funds for various personal and professional reasons, and this issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I am willing to provide any further information or documents that may be required to resolve this issue.
Please let me know if there are any specific procedures that I need to follow to unblock my card. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with an explanation as to why my card was blocked in the first place, so that I can ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
