Motivation is an important factor which encourages people to give their best performance & help in reaching enterprise goals.

Motivation is a complex of forces starting and keeping a person at work in an organisation.

  • Motivation is an inner feeling which energies a person to work more.
  • The emotions or desires of a person prompt him for doing a particular task.
  • There are unutilised needs of a person which disturb his equilibrium.
  • A person moves to fulfil his unsatisfied needs by conditioning his energies.
  • There are dormant energies in a person which are activated by enhancing self confidence among them.
