What is Mail Merge & How To create Mail Merge!!!

With Mail Merge we can create a database of our contacts &friends 

We automatically merge the main body of our letter and database and many letter can be generated in such manner

These letters are addressed individually to different location or person

The file that contains the letter format is known as Main Document

And the file which contains the database like name, information is known as Dta Source

Entry in the database file or data source containing details about individual is known as Record

And each of details in record contains name, number, subscription number is called Field

For mail merge simply we create two files Main Document & Data Source 

Another great advantage in using mail merge is that the next time you want to send the same letter to the same group or people

We need to create the main letter and merge it when the existing database, which contain the na me & adress of the person or recipients
